6.2 Disputes may be resolved through the courts of England and Wales. Consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution where available.
7. Changes to These Terms
7.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
7.2 Changes will not affect orders already accepted before the revised Terms take effect.
8. Orders, Customisation, and Bespoke Products
8.1 Many of our products are made to order. Any alteration to size, fabric, colour, or specification is considered custom-made.
8.2 Bespoke products are items designed and manufactured entirely to a customer’s individual specifications.
8.3 Once production has commenced, custom-made and bespoke orders cannot be changed or cancelled, except where required by law.
8.4 This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not made to the agreed specification.
9. Customisation Assistance
9.1 Customers requiring additional customisation may contact us at hello@dwlr.co.uk.
9.2 Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before production begins.
10. Returns and Refunds (Custom & Bespoke)
10.1 The statutory right to cancel does not apply to genuinely custom-made or bespoke products.
10.2 Custom-made and bespoke products are non-refundable unless:
- They are faulty
- They do not match the agreed specification
- They are not of satisfactory quality
10.3 Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Changes and Cancellations
11.1 Orders for custom-made or bespoke products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11.2 If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, customers may have statutory rights to cancel.
12. Prices, Variations, and Warranty
12.1 As products are handmade, minor variations in size (up to ±5cm) or finish may occur. These variations will not affect the functionality or intended use of the product.
Voluntary Warranty
12.2 Our voluntary warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for domestic use only.
12.3 The warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorised repairs
- Environmental damage (including light, moisture, pets, and accidents)
12.4 This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
13. Reproductions
13.1 Some products may be inspired by classic furniture designs.
13.2 DWLR Furniture is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any original designers or rights holders.
13.3 Products are sold based on their materials, construction, and quality, not on any brand association.
14. Quality Control
14.1 We carry out quality checks throughout the production process and prior to dispatch.
14.2 These checks do not limit your statutory rights if goods fail to meet legal standards.
15. Images and Product Representation
15.1 Product images are illustrative. Colours and textures may vary due to screen settings and natural material characteristics.
15.2 If a delivered product differs materially from its description, customers should contact us promptly.
15.3 Customers are encouraged to request samples where precise colour matching is important.
16. Right to Refuse Orders
16.1 DWLR Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, supply limitations, or compliance concerns.
